KISS Beginners’ classes start on October 19, 2009
The next KISS beginners’ classes (Level 1 of 10) will run as follows:
Starting date: October 19, 2009
Place: Peder Skramsgade 17, 1054 Copenhagen K
Times: Mondays–Wednesdays–Fridays 17:15–20:30
Duration: 3 weeks (9 meetings, 36 lessons)
Each meeting: 4 lessons (4 x 45 minutes). One break
Teachers: Certified KISS teachers only
Price: DKK 9000 per KISS level (3 weeks = ½ Module)
All materials are included
Companies must add VAT (moms) 25 %.

About Kiss:
The classes will

follow the well-known KISS Concept^® – Danish for well-educated foreigners
have an extra focus on pronunciation – taught with the special KISS principles
end with a KISS certificate after each level

Practical information
Interview: Kiss usually invites applicants for a placement interview. Some people can skip level 1, but your pronunciation has to be extremely good.
Payment: Participants register and pay for one level (3 weeks) at a time.
One KISS level is ½ module.
Next level: Continuing to the next level is on the condition that the
previous level is finished satisfactorily. Oral and written tests are given during each meeting.
The full program: KISS levels 1-10 (= Module 1-5) takes 7½ months in all -
estimated by the Ministry of Integration to take 30 months in the public system – 4 times as long.
Preparation: About 3 hours of homework before each meeting.

General information
Results: KISS has for many years been an extremely successful part of the
public system (as a sprogcenter offering free Danish lessons).
Kiss is the shortest program with the best grades at official examinations with the highest
attendance rate in the country.

The Kiss method also has unique models and techniques for teaching the pronunciation of Danish.
Investment: Our price equals the price a kommune generally pays per module to
the local language school (sprogcenter) for the same result.
KISS students just get there 4 times as quickly and with far better
pronunciation.

The content of the KISS levels (with 2 levels to a module) follows the
public sprogcenter module system.
Sponsors: If you are not sent to KISS by a company, you may want to ask your
kommune (municipality) or jobcenter to help you with the payment.
