This can be used to translate Danish into virtually any supported language and may also be used to translate almost any language into Danish!
Machine translation is still an emerging technology, and since the tool above is connected to the latest and most rapidly improving database on the Internet, this tool represents the latest in machine translation technology. For more information, see our FAQ on machine translation.
Tips for the best results:
- Try to use perfect grammar and spelling – if necessary, run your text through a spelling and grammar checker before translating.
- Use short and simple sentences – make it as easy for the software as possible.
- Avoid using slang and words that have more than one meaning – in English the term “bike” can be slang for a motorcycle. If you mean motorcycle and not bicycle, write motorcycle! English is full of such slang traps.
- Do not use abbreviations and avoid contractions – for example, write cannot instead of can’t.
Human Translation - cannot be beat!
For high quality human translation, it is best to consult with a professional translation agency with sworn translators. Machine translation can simply not compare with human translation with regard to quality. While machine translation is good enough for a person to get a fairly good idea of what a document says, it is nowhere near adequate for professional communications or important documents.
